1. Information we collect1. 収集する情報

Reska collects no data from the app. It has no account system and contains no analytics, tracking, advertising, telemetry, or third-party crash-reporting SDK.Reskaはアプリからデータを収集しません。アカウント機能はなく、分析、トラッキング、広告、テレメトリ、第三者のクラッシュレポートSDKも含みません。

2. Live window frames2. ライブなウィンドウフレーム

When you choose a window, Reska uses Apple's ScreenCaptureKit to receive its live visual frames and draw them inside Reska's own floating panel. Frames are used only for that immediate on-screen display.ウィンドウを選ぶと、ReskaはAppleのScreenCaptureKitでその映像フレームを受け取り、Reska自前のフロートパネル内に描画します。フレームは、その場で画面に表示する目的にだけ使われます。

Reska is distributed with App Sandbox enabled and without a network entitlement. Reska itself cannot upload captured content, and it contains no feature that sends window content over a network.ReskaはApp Sandboxを有効にし、network entitlementなしで配布されます。Reska自身が取得内容をアップロードすることはできず、ウィンドウの内容をネットワーク送信する機能もありません。

The trial does not start when you first open Reska. It starts only after you explicitly choose “Start 14-Day Free Trial” and complete Apple's free Non-Consumable in-app purchase. Reska accepts only the purchase date from a verified StoreKit transaction as the start of the 14 days; it does not use a first-launch date or a locally chosen date.初回起動では試用は始まりません。ユーザーが「14日間の無料試用を開始」を明示的に選び、Appleの無料の非消耗型アプリ内課金を完了したときだけ開始します。14日間の開始日として使うのは、検証済みStoreKitトランザクションの購入日だけです。初回起動日やローカルで決めた日付は使いません。

The free trial does not renew, convert to a subscription, or charge you automatically. The paid one-time unlock remains optional throughout the active trial. After the 14 days expire, a paid unlock is required only if you choose to keep creating mirrors; no purchase occurs unless you explicitly confirm it.無料試用は自動更新されず、サブスクリプションへ移行せず、自動課金もありません。試用期間中、買い切り解除の購入は任意です。14日間の終了後も、ミラーの作成を続けたい場合にだけ有料の買い切り解除が必要で、ユーザーが明示的に確定しない限り購入は発生しません。

Apple's StoreKit and App Store services handle both the free trial transaction and any optional paid purchase or restore. Reska receives only verified entitlement information needed to determine trial or unlock status; we do not receive your payment details or Apple Account information. Apple's privacy policy applies to Apple's services.無料試用のトランザクション、任意の有料購入、復元はいずれもAppleのStoreKitとApp Storeサービスが処理します。Reskaが受け取るのは試用または解除状態の判定に必要な検証済み利用権情報だけで、支払い情報やApple Account情報を当方が受け取ることはありません。AppleのサービスにはAppleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

4. Information stored on your Mac4. Mac内に保存される情報

Reska stores a small set of preferences locally in its app container so your choices persist:Reskaは、選んだ設定を引き継ぐため、次の少量の情報をアプリのローカルコンテナ内に保存します。

These preferences remain on your Mac. Trial and unlock status are read separately from verified StoreKit transactions, not from a locally stored trial-start date. 5. Screen Recording permission and your controls5. 画面収録の許可とユーザーの選択

macOS calls the permission needed by ScreenCaptureKit “Screen Recording” (on some macOS versions, “Screen & System Audio Recording”). Reska asks only when you first try to create a mirror, after explaining why it is needed. The name is a macOS system label; Reska does not record video or audio.macOSは、ScreenCaptureKitに必要な許可を「画面収録」（macOSのバージョンによっては「画面とシステムオーディオの収録」）と表示します。Reskaは、初めてミラーを作ろうとしたときに理由を説明してからだけ、この許可を求めます。この名称はmacOSのシステム表記であり、Reskaが映像や音声を録画するわけではありません。

• Close a floating panel at any time to stop that mirror.フロートパネルを閉じれば、そのミラーをいつでも停止できます。
• Quit Reska from its menu-bar menu to stop all mirroring.メニューバーメニューからReskaを終了すれば、すべてのミラーが止まります。
• Revoke permission at any time in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording.システム設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → 画面収録 から、いつでも許可を取り消せます。

If you voluntarily email support, the email address and message you send are used only to respond to your request. Support email is outside the Reska app and is not linked to in-app activity.
